The Mission statement of the NZCBS is: "To unite the games of Snooker, Billiards and Pool in New Zealand through affiliation to the WCBS with the common goal of getting Billiard Sports into the Olympic Games."
Our duty to billiard sports is to be the umbrella body that is recognised as the Governing Body for the sport. We have no jurisdiction or control over any member organisation each is its own autonomous group. We are there to provide access and to help facilitate Affiliated Member Organisations with discussions with government bodies, gaming trusts and other like groups and to co-ordinate and unify all organisations for the betterment of all sports and all members. Within our site you will be able to access all member organisations or obtain contact details of all committees, competitions run, results of events, rules and membership criteria. From our front page you will have links to many other billiard sports web sites and suppliers of product. If there is a link you would like us to add just email us on the "Contact Us" page and we will see what we can do. We will endeavour to provide you with up to date information at all times.
